Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Exchanges can be made in-store at any of our retail locations.

  • To exchange an item in-store, bring the product along with the original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability at the store. If the item is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

  • If you prefer to exchange by mail, please contact our customer support for instructions.

Refunds (For Damaged Items Only)

  • We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

  • Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, so damages are extremely rare.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
